All runs (unless stated) start from 'The Imperial Hotel'
New North Road, Exeter, for a start at 10.00 for10.30am sharp. Breakfast is served from 9am onwards.
 19th March
RAILWAY RUN
SPRING STEAM GALA
[Bishops Lydeard]
Imperial - Cowley Bridge, A396 through Tiverton, Bolham and Cove. At roundabout take B3190 to Bampton. Stop at The Waggoner for tea/coffee stop. (At bottom of main street, turn left, cafe on left hand hand side. Park at rear through arched entrance). Take B3227 past Wiveliscombe and Milverton. Turn left onto unclassified road through Cotford St. Luke. At roundabout on A358 turn left. Turn left onto Station Road, and immediately left again to West Somerset Railway, Bishops Lydeard. Return: Rejoin A358 and turn right, right at roundabout back thorugh Cotford St. Luke.Turn right onto B3227. Turn left, and through Oake and Bradfrod On Tone. At junction with A38 turn right. Stop at Old Well Cafe Waterloo Cross for tea/coffee, or on Home.

DARTMOOR RUN
Imperial – Pocombe Bridge – Turn right onto old A30 and follow to Whiddon Down – Roundabout after village turn left on A382 – At new roundabout just before Mortenhampstead go straight ahead – Turn right in the town onto B3212 signed Princetown – Stop immediately after this for Tea Stop – Leave Mortenhampstead on B3212 towards Princetown – After 4 miles turn left at junction signed Widdecombe (Challacombe Cross) – Continue to junction signed Broadaford and turn right – At next crossroads bear right and continue through Great Cator and Middle Cator – At next junction turn right signed Bellever – Through Bellever and at junction with B3212 turn
left towards Princetown – At junction with B3357 turn right (Two bridges) – At next junction turn left back onto B3212 to Princetown – At roundabout in village turn right and stop at Old Police Station café for lunch – Princetown to Two Bridges then B3357 towards Ashburton – One mile after Dartmeet turn left signed Sherrel and Babeny – Continue to Ponsworthy and at junction in village turn left and onto Widecombe and then Haytor car park for ice cream/comfort stop – Head for Bovey Tracey Chudleigh Knighton then Teign valley or A38 for home. Distance about 80 miles.

PRESIDENTS
RUN [Blue Anchor]
 
Imperial – Cowley Bridge, A396 through Tiverton, Bolham and Cove. At roundabout take B3190 to Bampton. Turn left at bottom of main street, and stop at The Wagonner. Leave Bampton on B3227 Wiveliscombe road, AND TAKE FIRST LEFT onto B3190 through Morebath and Upton. Bear left at Y junction, remaining on B3190 to Washford. Turn left A39 to Bilbrook – Turn right (C Road) and after 2 ½ miles turn left – B3191 to Blue Anchor for lunch. Return via Dunster on A396. Turn right on to B3222, stop at Dulverton tea stop. Return via Exebridge, Cove, and Tiverton. Distance to Blue Anchor about 40 miles.

BODMIN MOOR RUN
(Run supplied by Paul Jeffreys). 
Bodmin Moor Run: Exwick, Pocombe Bridge, Tedburn – Old A30 to Sourton for T Stop. From Sourton take old A30 to Launceston – B3254 through South Petherwin – Cross B3257 and on to Middlewood – Turn right to Henwood then on to Minions for lunch stop – Minions to upton Cross – Turn right onto B3254 then left to Pensilva through Golberton – Cross the A388 onto B3257 to Kit Hill for coffee stop – A390 towards Tavistock and turn left before Gulworthy to Brentor – Lydford and then left onto A386 to Sourton and then home on new or old A30.

Note: Start and finish at the Broadclyst Community Centre.

RUN
Imperial – Cowley Bridge, A396 through Tiverton. B3137 through Nomansland, Witheridge and stop at South
Molton (Honey Farm) for tea stop. Take B3226, cross roundabout on A361, and take A399. Turn right on
to A39. Stop at Woody Bay Station on left. Return: A39 towards Lynton, continue via Countisbury. Turn
right on to unclassified road to Exford for tea stop. Return via Dulverton and Tiverton.

Imperial – Exwick, Pocombe Bridge, Tedburn, old A30 to Okehampton. Stop at Railway Station. Take A3079 Through Halwill Junction. At junction with A3072 turn left to Holsworthy. Stop at Waitrose for tea stop. Take A388 to Launceston. Stop at Steam Railway. Return on Old A30 to Sourton. New or old A30 home.

Imperial – Cowley Bridge, A377 through Crediton and Copplestone. At Morchard Road, trun left on B3220 to Winkleigh. Stop at D and S supplies. A3124 towards Great Torrington. At junction with A386, turn right through Great Torrington. Stop at Bideford Quay. Return via Instow, Fremington and A377 Crediton road

RUN
  
Imperial –A396 towards Tiverton – At Rewe turn right through Columjohn and Killerton – Turn left onto B3181, through Cullompton and Willand. – Stop at Old Well Café, Waterloo Cross for T stop – A38 towards Wellington – Stop at Willowbrook Garden Centre for lunch – Turn right onto A38 and at Worlds End Pub turn left (unclassified road) signed Bradford on Tone – Carry on to junction with B327- Turn left then through Milverton, Wivelliscombe and Bampton – Back to Tiverton vis Bolham and Cove (maybe stop at Wetherspoons in Tiverton)
17th Sept
EXEMOOR RUN
Imperial – Cowley Bridge, A396 through Tiverton, Bolham and Cove. At roundabout stay on A396 to Wheddon Cross. Turn left on to B3224 to Exford (Café) for lunch stop. From Exford take B3223 through Simonsbath on to B3358 through Challacombe. At junction with A399 turn left to roundabout on stop at Northgate Inn for tea/coffee stop. Reurn via South Molton, Rackenford Road or Witheridge to Tiverton.

Imperial – Exwick, Pocombe Bridge, and old A30 through Tedburn. Stop at Okehampton Railway Station for lunch. Return to town centre. Straight across traffic lights and join A386. Through Folly Gate. Turn right onto A3072, through Jacobstowe and Samford Courtenay. Take A3124 to Winkleigh. At crossroads go straight ahead onto unclassified road to Eggesford. Turn right onto A377. Turn left into Lapford. Stop at The Old Malt Scoop pub at top of village. Return home via A377.

SUMERSET RUN
 
(NB if Great West Run clashes with this date, this run will take place on 8th October)
Pinhoe, Broadclyst. B3181 to Waterloo Cross. Turn right at roundabout on to A38. Stay on A38 to Willowbrook Garden Centre for lunch stop. Turn right on to A38, opposite Worlds End pub turn left through Bradford on Tone and Oake. At junction with B3227 turn right. Turn left through Cotford St. Luke. At junction with A358 turn left. Past Bishops Lydeard, turn left on to B3224. Continue on to Wheddon Cross and Exford for tea/coffee stop. Return via Dulverton and Exe Valley.

REMEMBRANCE
SUNDAY RUN
  
Imperial – Cowley Bridge, A396 to Rewe. Stop at War Memorial for 11am. Columnjohn, Killerton and join B3181. Turn left, through Cullompton, Willand. At Waterloo Cross turn left cross over the M5 (J27) on to A361. Take first left towards Sampford Peverell. First left again towards Tiverton Parkway Station. Stop at golf driving range for lunch stop.

The dates of this 'Club List' runs can be changed to suit attendance at other events.

Route Cards for 'Club Listed' runs will be available ASAP.

 

Please Note: as a general rule the official Sunday run will take place on the Sunday after the monthly meeting, (which is the 2nd Thursday of the month). Other runs have been added in for consideration on the day.
